Additives for Corrugated Paper Boxes

Additives are used in starch-based adhesives to enhance the quality and performance of corrugated paper boards. These additives improve drying speed, bonding strength, flexibility, and surface finish.
2. Inorganic Fast Drying Additive (DIXSONS 202)

  • Blend of safe organic chemicals.
    Benefits: Increases tackiness , Improves bursting factor (B.F.) by 5–10 % , Enhances bonding power, Enables fast drying, Cost-effective solution

Usage: 2–5 % per kg of powder adhesive (1 part powder : 4 parts water)
